NIK-VWZ01(G2)

System description:

The NIK-VWZ01 navigation integration kit enables the retrofitting of a navigation system in VW & Skoda (2014) vehicles that have the original 5.8"/6.5"/8" Composition Media touch-screen radio or the Bolero music system.
The NIK components are integrated by connecting them to the original vehicle display.
Retrofitting is plug & play, without having to replace the original radio or monitor.
The navigation screen can be switched to the monitor by pressing a button on the radio and operated via the original touchscreen monitor.
The highlight of this solution is the perfect integration into the vehicle system with output of the navigation announcements via the vehicle loudspeakers and the SmartSwitch function for automatic switching between radio and navigation.

• Skoda Octavia (MY: 2014) with Bolero music system with 5.8"/6.5"/8" touch screen

• VW Polo (6R) with Composition Media radio with 6.5"/8"" touch screen
• Skoda Fabia III (MY: 2015) with Composition Media 6.5"/8" touch screen (additional cable required)
• VW Passat (B8) with Composition Media radio with 6.5"/8" touch screen
• MAN TGE vehicles with MAN Media Van Advanced (8-inch) radio system
• Restriction: For vehicles with the Dynaudio sound system, sound output via the vehicle loudspeakers is not possible - a separate loudspeaker must be used.
