  • CA-SID02: Interface for connecting an AXION camera to the new VOLVO
    infotainment system (from approx. 04/2021) with MCA-A pre-installation

    CA-SID02-EXT: Interface and adaptation for vehicles without MCA-A pre-installation.
    The connection must still be parameterised by a Volvo workshop.

    The infotainment system in the new Volvo FM / FH4 / FMX (from approx. 04/ 2021) has an additional analogue camera input, if the MCA-A pre-installation in conjunction with SEM2 and SID is present in the vehicle, the image is shown on the secondary display ( SID ).

    The camera can be configured as a reversing camera or as a camera for the trailer.

    A combination with the original digital camera is also possible.
    Configuration is carried out via the Infotainment system menu.
